You have choices when it comes to the most convenient way to pay your SouthernLINC Wireless phone bill. You can pay online, by phone, in person or by mail. You can even set up an auto payment to make your monthly payment effortless..
Add money to your prepaid service from a bank account or credit card. You can set up an automatic monthly payment or make a one-time payment to your account.
Change to Roaming Services
Important Notice: After June 29, 2013 at 11:59 EST, services outside of the SouthernLINC Wireless Regional Service Area will no longer be available to customers who are not on a Data Plus plan with a Motorola XT626 smartphone. These services will continue to be available inside the Regional Service Area to all customers. If you do not know the status of your service, please call customer support at 1-800-818-5462.
Downloads Service for Feature Phones ends December 31, 2013
Effective December 31, 2013, we will discontinue the availability of music and application downloads to feature phones. If you have downloaded an application that is renewed monthly, the service and billing for that service will end on the 31st. Any ringtones you have downloaded to your feature phone will remain on your phone. If you are eligible for an equipment upgrade, consider upgrading to a smartphone where thousands of apps are available without charge. We will notify you when a new option is available.
