This is a new service that is only available to our commercial customers on all So Easy service plans, FamilyLINC, Demo plans and the Affiliate plan. It is not available on any of our older commercial plans. PTT calling outside of the SouthernLINC Wireless Regional Service Area is subject to a roaming partner agreement which expires 3/31/13.

What is nationwide Data?

How do I get nationwide services?

Customers who wish to travel outside the Regional Service Area and use PTT and other services must switch to one of the nationwide So Easy plans. All customers on existing post-paid service plans who travel within our Regional Service Area can reach SouthernLINC Wireless customers roaming outside of our Regional Service Area if the roaming customers have a So Easy service plan. Can I move from my current service plan to a So Easy plan?

Yes. However, a minimum 1 year contract extension is required to move from an older plan to the So Easy plan. No change fee is required. Older text and data usage packages and some features may not be supported on the new plans. For instance, text or data packages that provide less than unlimited usage cannot be moved to the new plans (such as the 450 message text package or the 1MB Java Data package). Basic Voice Mail is not supported on the new plans.

Are there any limitations?
