Motorola i857 is a remanufactured handset (as further defined below). *Unlimited services are only available within the SouthernLINC Wireless Regional Calling Area. This current package includes the remanufactured Motorola i857 phone and 1 month of Prepaid Unlimited Monthly service. After the first month, Prepaid Unlimited Monthly service will be deducted from the account at $50.00 per month. Prepaid terms of service apply, see terms and conditions. You must pay in advance for prepaid service by purchasing prepaid service in accordance with the Prepaid Unlimited Monthly plan. If you fail to maintain sufficient funds in your account or if your account is inactive for 60 days, then we may suspend your use of the service. Cost for directory assistance, digital content and downloads is not included. Taxes, fees and surcharges are not included. PCS4LESS Warranty Terms and Conditions
To return a handset that is within the warranty period, simply return the product within your warranty period and include a completed “PCS4LESS Warranty Form”.
Warranty Coverage: PCS4LESS warrants this product is free from defects in material and workmanship that result in product failure during normal usage. During the warranty period PCS4LESS will repair, or replace, at PCS4LESS’s sole discretion any defective parts, or any parts that will not properly operate for their intended use with new or refurbished replacement parts. The warranty does not cover defects in appearance, cosmetic or decorative items. This written warranty shall be null and void if the products are altered, adjusted or tampered with by any person not authorized by PCS4LESS. This Warranty is not transferrable. All Warranties under this return policy implied by law, including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are hereby limited to the warranty period herein and shall expire at the end of such period. PCS4LESS’s limit of liability under this warranty shall be the actual cash value of the product at the time the product is returned and in no case exceed the original purchase price of the product. PCS4LESS shall not be liable for any other losses or damages to the product under this warranty.
Warranty does NOT Cover: Water Damage, Customer Abuse, Physical Damage, i.e. cracked LCD, broken housing, or missing parts. If an item shows signs of extensive wear and it is determined to have been damaged by the user, the warranty will not be honored.
Any item advertised as “untested, sold as is”, “used” or “for repair” is NOT eligible for exchange or credit. All returned merchandise is subject to review and will be returned in the physical condition in which PCS4LESS received it. If your handset is unable to be repaired, it will be replaced.
Accessories should not be returned with a defective phone unless there is a problem with power or charging the phone. Accessories will not be replaced unless defective (Must be noted).
It is the buyer’s responsibility to return the item within the warranty period. Items that arrive in our facility after the warranty has expired may be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee or may be returned to sender without processing. Return Shipping: Customer is responsible for all shipping costs to our facility.
