You can communicate via Push To Talk
Faster than a phone call or sending an email, private Push To Talk (PTT) 2-way radio communication is simple and effective.
Here’s how to make a PTT Call:
- Enter the PTT ID number of the person you wish to call or select their PTT ID from your Contacts list.
- Press and hold the PTT button. Begin talking while depressing the PTT button after your phone emits a chirping sound.
- Release the PTT button to listen. To end a call, press the call “end” button on your phone.
Be Polite, use PTT Alert. Let someone know you want to talk with them by sending them a PTT Alert. Here’s how to send a PTT Alert:
- Enter the PTT ID number of the person you wish to call or select them from your Contacts list.
- Press the button under the word “Alert” on your phone display, then press and release the PTT button on the side of your phone.
Your alert will be sent or you will receive a “User Not Available” message.
