SouthernLINC Wireless Announces Grand Opening Celebration for Dothan, AL Store
Company selects Bart Norton as Dothan store supervisor

Dothan, Ala (June 27, 2006) SouthernLINC Wireless®, a Southern Company (NYSE: SO), will host a grand opening celebration for the Dothan, Ala., community at its new retail location on July 15, 2006. The Dothan store – located in Country Corner Shopping Center at 4151 Westgate Parkway – is the newest retail location in SouthernLINC Wireless’s footprint.

The grand opening event kicks off at 11:00 a.m. and will feature special offers and promotions, live radio remotes from WTVY-FM and WKMX-FM, a performance from the Wallace Community College Dixieland Band and prize giveaways.

SouthernLINC Wireless has named Bart Norton as the company’s Dothan retail store supervisor. Bart brings three years of wireless management experience to the Dothan team. He earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from nearby Troy State University.
