Acceptable Usage Allowance and Service Terms -- Applies to all Rate Plans
$200 early termination fee and an activation fee may apply. Subject to permissible usage allowances in accordance with SouthernLINC Wireless' acceptable use policy. Taxes, fees and surcharges may apply, including but not limited to, universal service, cost recovery and E911 fees. Subject to credit approval, customer agreements and certain restrictions. The rates, plans, services, equipment, prices fees and promotions set forth herein are subject to change.
PowerTALK Plans
Maximum monthly plan is $99.99. Two-year contract required for PowerTALK 300 and PowerTALK 500. One-year contract required for all other PowerTALK Service Plans. Anytime Cellular Minutes include calls that originate and terminate within the SouthernLINC Wireless Regional Calling Area. $35 activation fee and $200 early termination fee apply. Roaming is $.40/minute. Additional Anytime Cellular Minutes are $.40/minute. Text Messaging charges are for Incoming and Outgoing Text Messaging. Taxes not included. Unlimited services are only available within the SouthernLINC Wireless Regional Calling Area. Subject to permissible usage allowances in accordance with SouthernLINC Wireless' acceptable use policy. Additional fees may apply.
Family Plans
Two-year contract required on all plans. $35 per line activation fee applies. $35 activation fee for the fourth line is waived provided all lines are on the same order on the same day. $200 per line early termination fee applies. No more than one Famly Plan 1000 or Family Plan1400 base plan per master account. Additional Anytime Cellular Minutes will be $0.40 per minute. SouthernLINC Wireless Cellular Phone Roaming is $0.40 per minute. Additional text messages are $0.15 per message. Taxes and surcharges not included. Unlimited services are only available within the SouthernLINC Wireless Regional Calling Area. Nationwide Long Distance applies to calls which are initiated inside of the SouthernLINC Wireless Regional Calling Area and terminated in the United States or Canada. Budget Manager Plan
One-year contract required. Anytime Cellular Calling Limit of 500 minutes per month applies. $35 activation fee and $200 early termination fee may apply. Subject to credit approval. Automatic Payment Program required for Budget Manger Plan and all lines of service on the same master account. Maximum of three lines of service with the Budget Manager Plan can be added to the same master account. Payment will be deducted monthly from your bank account or credit card. Termination of service may occur immediately without notice for non-payment through the Automatic Payment Program. Taxes not included. Anytime Cellular Minutes include calls that originate within the SouthernLINC Wireless Regional Calling Area. Unlimited services are only available within the SouthernLINC Wireless Regional Calling Area. Nationwide Long Distance applies to calls which are initiated inside of the SouthernLINC Wireless Regional Calling Area and terminated in the United States or Canada. Call Forwarding, Call Waiting, Call Hold, 3-Way Calling and Voice Mail services are available as long as Anytime Cellular Minutes remain. Roaming outside the SouthernLINC Wireless Regional Calling Area is not available. Directory Assistance, data plans, access to downloads, other features and services are not available with this plan. Subject to permissible usage allowances in accordance with SouthernLINC Wireless' acceptable use policy.
Nationwide Cellular Plans
Two-year contract required for Nationwide 275. One- or two-year contract required for all other Nationwide Plans. Push to Talk will only work in the SouthernLINC Wireless Regional Calling Area. There is no nationwide coverage for Push to Talk. Subject to permissible usage allowances in accordance with SouthernLINC Wireless’ acceptable use policy. There is no additional roaming charge for cellular calls made while in the SouthernLINC Wireless Nationwide Cellular Area. Roaming minutes will come out of anytime nationwide cellular minutes. Roaming indicator on phone will come on outside of SouthernLINC Wireless Regional Calling Area but it should not affect your rate scheme. All minutes will come out of the subscriber’s bucket of Anytime Cellular Minutes and are rounded to the next minute of each call. Push to Talk minutes are rounded to the next second. Once a subscriber’s cellular minutes are depleted, additional Anytime Cellular Minutes will be $0.40 per minute.
Unlimited Cellular Plans
Unlimited cellular minutes includes calls that originate and terminate within the SouthernLINC Wireless Regional Calling Area. Long Distance or Roaming charges may apply for calls outside the SouthernLINC Wireless Regional Calling Area. Two-year service agreement or contract extension for qualified customers. Usage rounded to next full minute. Subject to credit approval, customer agreement, certain restrictions and permissible usage allowances in accordance with SouthernLINC Wireless' acceptable use policy.
10¢ Cellular Prepaid Plans
A one-time starter fee and positive prepaid balance required. $1.25 daily fee is only accessed on the days you Push to Talk. $0.10/minute for all cellular airtime. Airtime rounded to next full minute. Subject to additional terms and conditions. You must maintain a positive Prepaid balance in order for your Prepaid service to remain active. Costs for digital content and downloads not included. Nationwide Long Distance includes calls which terminate inside the United States and Canada.
PAYGO Prepaid Cellular Plans
The $1.50 daily fee is only assessed on the days you Push to Talk or place/receive a cellular call. $0.20/minute for weekday cellular calls. A one-time starter fee payment is required. You must maintain a positive Prepaid balance in order for your Prepaid service to remain active. Cost for digital content and downloads not included. Weekday cellular minutes are defined as Monday through Friday 7am to 8:59pm. Nights are defined 9pm to 6:59am and Weekends are 9pm Friday to 6:59am Monday. Nationwide Long Distance includes calls which terminate inside the United States and Canada. Subject to additional terms and conditions.
Prepaid Plus Cellular Plan

Weekday Cellular Minutes are defined as Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. through 8:59 p.m. Nights are defined as 9:00 p.m. to 6:59 a.m. and Weekends are 9:00 p.m. Friday to 6:59 a.m. Monday.
