How to Download to Your iDEN Phone
SouthernLINC Wireless gives you with the ability do all of this by using the iDEN Update PC client. The iDEN Update Software Application is a free download available from Motorola to help you personalize your LINC phone by adding Ring Tones, Wallpapers, Features, and Java Applications. All you have to do is download the application to your PC or laptop and you can begin to download the items you want on your phone.
To use iDEN Update, you need the following:
- An Internet connection
- Serial Data Cable or USB Data Cable
- Operating System: Windows 98™SE, Windows NT™4.0*, or Windows 2000™, ME™, XP™
- Operating System: Windows 98™SE, NT 4.0, Windows 2000™ or Windows ME™
- Installed Browser: Internet Explorer 5.0 or higher (You may use other browsers, but Internet Explorer must be installed on your PC)
- COM port or USB port
- Disk Space for Installation: 40 MB
