Wireless Local Number Portability

SouthernLINC Wireless now offers Wireless Local Number Portability, which will allow you to switch to SouthernLINC Wireless from your current wireless service or wire line provider without having to change your phone number.

There's no need to notify your contacts or learn a new number - now you can change wireless service providers and keep your current number!

Now you will be able to bring your current phone number to SouthernLINC Wireless and take advantage of all the great services we provide, such as:

All of these services are available on one phone, allowing for increased productivity. If you're already a SouthernLINC Wireless customer currently using InstantLINC Mobile to Mobile, now you can take advantage of our integrated services and consolidating phone bills by switching your phone lines to SouthernLINC Wireless.

On May 24th, all markets will be available for local number portability. While SouthernLINC Wireless has been prepared for Wireless Local Number Portability (WLNP) since November 2003 throughout the SouthernLINC Wireless footprint, other wireless carriers will now be required to offer WLNP according to the FCC mandate.

Contact SouthernLINC Wireless at 1-800-818-LINC (5462).
After contacting SouthernLINC Wireless, please complete the required Letter of Agency.

To make your transition easy and to ensure your new service with SouthernLINC Wireless is accurate, please provide a copy of your most recent bill from your current provider. Please do not cancel service with your current provider before or during the porting process.

*SouthernLINC Wireless does not charge for processing the transfer of your number to SouthernLINC Wireless. However, there may be a be a Regulatory Cost Recovery fee assessed to each SouthernLINC Wireless customer to partially cover costs associated with the implementation and support of WLNP.
