Online Communications Preference Center available to Southern Linc Customers
Southern Linc provides an online Communications Preference Center that allows Customers to set preferences for email, telephone and text communications from Southern Linc.
Newly master account holders have 15 days following account activation to set communications preferences for all lines on their account. After 15 days, each subscriber line will have the ability to update individual preferences via the online tool. This has been established to comply with electronic marketing communications regulations. Existing customer preferences must be managed on a per-line basis through the Preference Center. For large account assistance, contact the Customer Solution Center at 1.800.818.LINC (5462) or dial 611 from your LINC phone.
