What are the benefits of paying my bill online?

Online bill payment is easier, faster and more convenient than the traditional paper method. Receiving and paying your bills online reduces your paperwork and takes significantly less time. You can view and pay your bill at any time from anywhere you have Internet access -- at work, home or on the road. With Online Bill View and Payment, you also have the ability to access your payment history.

How much does Southern Linc Online Bill View and Payment service cost?

Nothing! There are no enrollment fees and no maintenance fees.

How do I sign up for Online Bill View and Payment service?

Enrolling should only take a few minutes. Start by calling our Customer Solutions team at 1-1-800-406-0151. You will need your most recent paper bill with you during the enrollment process. Click here to access your account online. As part of the authentication process, you will be asked to enter information from the paper bill such as your account number and other personal data. Once you have enrolled and chosen a password, you will receive a confirmation that you are enrolled in the service.

How will I receive my electronic bill?

After enrollment, customers will receive e-mail notification when new bills are available for view and payment. Once the e-mail is received, customers can go to the secure site to view, pay and/or print their bill.

Will I still receive a paper bill?

Depending on your enrollment date, you may receive one (1) paper bill after successfully enrolling in Southern Linc Online Bill View and Payment service. After that, you will receive all bills electronically. If you need a paper record of your bill, simply print the bill from the secure webpage.

What form of payment can I use to pay my bill?

When using Southern Linc Online Bill View and Payment, you can pay from a credit card or your checking or savings account. Once you enter your account information, the application securely stores the information; it does not need to be re-entered each month. You can simply specify which form of payment you would like to use each time you pay your bill.

Can I schedule my payments in advance, or set up recurring payments?

You can pay your bill anytime between the day it is available and the due date. You also have the ability to set up individual payments in advance. Or, set up recurring automatic payments to take place on the same date every month.

How long does it take to process my payment?

Your payment is processed on the day that you pay your bill, or the day you schedule payment to occur.

How do I receive confirmation of my payment?

After you submit your payment information, you will see a screen confirming your payment has been accepted.

Can I access previous bills or my payment history?

Starting from the time you enroll, the Online Bill View and Payment service stores your online payment transactions for 6 months. This payment history is available for your access anytime.

Is the Online Bill Statement site secure?

There are many processes in place to ensure privacy and security, such as state-of-the-art firewalls that are monitored 24/7, passwords and encryption.

Are you going to share my information with anyone?
